1. It is the WINNING TEAM CAPTAIN'S responsibility to call in the scores or e-mail the results to the league Secretary prior to 8:00 p.m. the following day. If the scores are not reported by 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, the match will be forfeited to the opposing team according to Policies and Procedures, Article VIII, Section D.

2. If calling in scores pleae first identify yourself by name.

3. Then give your team name, team number, and the number of games won.

4. Then give individual scores for your team, then the opposing team. Give the first name of each player along with their wins.

Example:

1A Mark got two wins
1B Keith got one win
1C CB got one win

Repeat for the opposing team.

5. Give the name of any substitute player along with the sub number.

6. IF THERE ARE ANY MISTAKES IN THE STANDINGS PLEASE NOTIFY THE LEAGUE SECRETARY IMMEDIATELY.
